The pool area looked nice.
The smell of the room, lack of elevator, no free hot breakfast.
The hotel room had a smell to it the same smell as the cheesy motel 6 places. The free hot breakfast is no longer offered due to the economy. There is no elevator to get to the 2nd floor you have to drag your luggage up the stairs. Would not go back again. ...read more

The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable.
They had a dress code for the lounge so my husband couldnt get in without a collard shirt, very unexpected.
Overall nice hotel for our needs, I would have liked to been able to use the pool and putting greens.

They are very close to the metro into San Jose.
They charged us twice!
They did not let us ck in til after 2 PM but it was clean and quiet and pretty.

I liked having the pool there and also the free breakfast every morning. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Location - nothing really around the hotel to walk to.
I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others. The bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Comfortable beds, nice spacious rooms.
The rooms need better lighting.
The rooms are very comfortable with digital temp control. I also like the exercise room.
